Elbow brace (band that puts pressure on muscle just below the elbow for Joint Pain
My Symptoms
Tennis Elbow - dull ache in elbow (just above the elbow). I think I got tennis elbow while sleeping on my arm in a weird way. After a month or so of moderate pain I looked up exercises to loosen the muscles and ligaments near the elbow. I got a little bit of relief but the pain stayed if I wasn't actively stretching. Eventually I found these bands that press the muscles near my elbow.
My Hypothesis
By giving sustained mild pressure on the muscles and ligaments (15 minutes at a time). My tennis elbow felt better for longer than the stretches. After about a week the pain was gone permanently.
What I Tried
Elbow brace (band that puts pressure on muscle just below the elbow
I put the brace just below my elbow. The pressure notch was about 2 inches below my elbow with the notch on top of my arm. I would apply moderate pressure for about 15 minutes, three to five times a day.
Results
Before
5/10
Moderate
mild ache in my elbow. More noticeable when the elbow was bent or in motion.
After
10/10
Perfect
My elbow pain lasted over a month with no change. After I put the brace on a few times a day for a week the pain went a way permanently.
Timeline to Improvement
1 weeks
Confidence Level
I'm always skeptical that the pain would have gone away on it's own. But the pain was the same for a month and than completely gone a week later. More testing is needed for sure but I would not guess it was coincidence.

Conclusion
If you have mild tennis elbow, that isn't chronic. I think this brace can help it go back to normal
