About ShareMyTrial.com

Connecting the dots between individual health discoveries and the people who need them.

Our Mission

Every day, millions of people struggle with health problems and search for answers. At the same time, countless others have discovered solutions through personal experimentation, solutions that could help those who are still searching.

ShareMyTrial.com exists to bridge that gap. We believe that when people share what worked for them, in a structured and searchable way, everyone benefits.

The Problem We See

When you search for help with a health issue online, you find generic medical articles that tell you to "consult your doctor." You find forum posts buried in threads from years ago. You find conflicting advice with no way to know what actually works.

Meanwhile, real solutions exist. Someone figured out that a specific supplement helps their migraines. Another person discovered that eliminating a certain food cleared their skin. These insights are scattered across the internet or never shared at all.

Our Approach

ShareMyTrial.com provides a structured way to document personal health experiments. We call them "Trials" because that's what they are: informal n-of-1 experiments that people run on themselves every day.

Each Trial follows a consistent format: What was the problem? What did you try? How bad was it before? How is it now? This structure makes experiences comparable and searchable.

Our community votes on Trials, creating a collective signal about what tends to work. When dozens of people confirm that something helped them, that information has value, even if it's not a clinical study.

Our Community

ShareMyTrial.com is built on the generosity of people who take the time to share what they've learned. Our contributors help others by documenting their experiences, and our voters help surface the most useful solutions.

We believe in honesty. We show negative results too, because knowing what didn't work is just as valuable as knowing what did. There's no cherry-picking or hype here, just real experiences from real people.

What We Are Not

ShareMyTrial.com is not a replacement for medical care. We are not your doctors, and the experiences shared here are personal anecdotes, not clinical evidence.

We strongly encourage everyone to discuss any new treatment with their healthcare provider before trying it. Use the information here as a starting point for conversations, not as medical advice.
