These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ShareMyTrial.com website and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by ShareMyTrial LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
ShareMyTrial.com is a community platform where users share personal health experiences and self-experiments ("Trials"). Users can post Trials describing what they tried for health issues and whether it worked for them, vote on others' Trials, and engage in discussions through comments.

The content on ShareMyTrial.com is not medical advice and should not be treated as such.
All content represents personal experiences shared by individual users. The people sharing their experiences are not acting as your healthcare providers. ShareMyTrial LLC does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the effectiveness or safety of any treatment, intervention, or health practice shared on the platform.
Before trying any treatment, supplement, or intervention you learn about on ShareMyTrial.com, you must consult with a qualified healthcare provider who knows your medical history. What works for one person may not work for you, or could be harmful.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on content you find on ShareMyTrial.com
- ShareMyTrial.com is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- You will always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions regarding a medical condition
- You will never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on ShareMyTrial.com
3. User Accounts
To post Trials, vote, or comment, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to ShareMyTrial.com ("User Content"), including Trials, comments, and votes. By submitting User Content, you grant ShareMyTrial LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the right to submit your User Content
- Your User Content does not infringe any third party's rights
- Your User Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fabricated health experiences
- Provide medical advice or hold yourself out as a healthcare provider
- Promote dangerous or illegal substances or activities
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content without authorization
- Attempt to manipulate votes or rankings
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Circumvent any security or access controls
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Scrape or collect user data without permission
6. Content Moderation
We review Trials before they are published to help maintain the quality and safety of the platform. We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse to publish any User Content at our sole discretion, including content that:
- Could be immediately dangerous or harmful
- Violates these Terms
- Contains spam or promotional material
- Contradicts well-established medical consensus in ways that could cause harm
- Is otherwise inappropriate for the platform
However, moderation has limits. We cannot verify that every claim is accurate, that every dosage mentioned is safe, or that every experience is genuine.
7. Platform Status and Section 230
ShareMyTrial.com is an interactive computer service that enables user-generated content. Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230), ShareMyTrial LLC is not the publisher or speaker of any information provided by users of the Service.
While we moderate content to maintain quality and safety, we are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any User Content. Users are solely responsible for their own posts, and any reliance on User Content is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShareMyTrial LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, health complications, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any content on the Service.
You expressly agree that your use of the Service and any health-related decisions you make based on content found on the Service are at your sole risk.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ShareMyTrial LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
