L-Theanine from tea may help you relax without making you drowsy.

Intervention Tested

L-Theanine

200mg L-Theanine daily, taken once in the morning

Duration: 4 weeks

Before Treatment

Mild stress and anxiety affecting mood and sleep quality.

After Treatment

Less anxious, better sleep, and improved focus. People felt calmer but alert.
