L-Theanine from tea may help you relax without making you drowsy.
Intervention Tested
L-Theanine
200mg L-Theanine daily, taken once in the morning
Duration: 4 weeks
Study Results
Before Treatment
Mild stress and anxiety affecting mood and sleep quality.
After Treatment
Less anxious, better sleep, and improved focus. People felt calmer but alert.

Improvements noted within 4 weeks of daily use
Side Effects
No side effects reported. Very well tolerated.
