Before Treatment
Elderly nursing home residents (age 60+) with poor sleep quality as measured by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index.
After Treatment
Significant improvements in sleep quality compared to placebo after 4 weeks. Chamomile group showed better overall sleep scores.
