My Symptoms

I injured my right shoulder playing pickleball and it caused pain and stiffness in my labrum and rotator cuff from the front of my shoulder, at the AC joint, and in the back by my scapula. This caused numbness and pain when sleeping and a dull ache during the day.

My Hypothesis

I watch testimonials for the Shoulder Reliever system and the movements are similar to other exercises I had seen others have success with online.

What I Tried

Shoulder Reliever

I spun the balls for about 1 minutes in each of 3 axis and performed those exercises 2 times a day for 2 weeks. The most helpful piece of equipment was the elastic wrist wrap I slept with to hold my arm in light traction at night and created space at the AC joint which I believe helped it heal.

Duration: 4 weeks
Cost: $120
